From ceiling to flooring, all surfaces shall be cleaned, sanitised and scrubbed leaving the area sparkling and ready for action.
On conclusion of this work we shall provide a certificate that can be displayed within the kitchen to show any inspectors or visitors that a cleaning regime is in place.
Under legislation the commercial kitchen/canteen is required to be deep cleaned on a six-monthly basis and a certificate to highlight the process has been conformed to.
