The Shield Group is a Contractual Maintenance Company specialising in Industrial Cleaning and Estate Maintenance.

We were established over 20 years ago and whilst the Company is based on quality standards and old fashioned principles, we are very proud of its proactive attitude in today's demanding business world.

Shield was awarded Third Party Accreditation Safe Contractor in August 2005 and Full Quality management ISO 9001:2000 In February 2006.

Since the formation of our Telecoms Support Division some five years ago we have been working hard to streamline equipment and working practices so as to perform more effectively and efficiently.

We have specifically designed and adapted equipment to assist us in the wide variety of on-site tasks asked of us.

Our Field Operatives undergo regular training courses to ensure that our working practices are carried out professionally and to a very high standard.

We have worked hard to develop and provide appropriate services for Telecommunication Cell Sites. We have streamlined much of our equipment and our working practices and have successfully provided these services to major telecomms clients.

We have specifically designed and manufactured high pressure washing equipment to assist us in the cleaning of pigeon faeces on high-rise rooftops etc.

In addition to this we have acquired various plant and equipment to access and undertake compound clearances, and cabin cleaning duties.
