High Pressure Cleaning 

When cleaning paved surfaces with sand filled joints, loose material will be removed during the washing operation. Upon completion of the washing  process, joints will be fully reinstated with kiln dried sand.

When cleaning surfaces, every care is taken to avoid damage to mortared joints. In the case of heavy contamination, chemicals are diluted according to the manufacturers instructions and brush applied to the surface being cleaned.

A suitable dwell time is allowed before the chemicals are washed away using high-pressure hot water. The water pressure and temperature will be adjusted to a level suitable to the substrate being cleaned so as to avoid causing possible damage to the substrate.

Pressures are adjustable from 50 to 3000 psi, with water temperatures adjustable to 150 degrees C.
