Curtain Walling & Cladding 

These works are undertaken by hand.  Diluted detergents are applied to assist the cleaning operation by breaking down atmospheric pollutants. Using cloth, sponges or soft brushes the surfaces are agitated to dissolve and remove dirt and general pollutants. The area is then rinsed clean by adjustable hot water pressure  washing equipment.

The operation is repeated if necessary.

Following cleaning the Curtain Walling frames can be protected with ChemiShield, which provides a durable dirt repellent, and will restore the surfaces to their original lustre. This is applied by brush roller or pad applicator.

TO GAIN SUITABLE ACCESS WORKS OF THIS KIND WILL GENERALLY REQUIRE THE USE OF HYDRAULIC ACCESS EQUIPMENT.  ALL CARE WILL BE TAKEN IN POSITIONING THE EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE MINIMAL DAMAGE TO LANDSCAPING ETC. WHERE NECESSARY TRACKING OR BOARDS WILL BE USED IN ADDITION TO NORMAL SAFE WORKING PRACTISES.
